Every Big Apple Magic Co. party is thoughtfully designed to make your child feel like the star of their very own story. While each celebration is unique, here’s a look at some of the magical moments you can expect!
✨ Your Party Manager
Your dedicated Party Manager is your event’s point person, keeping everything running smoothly so your performer can focus on what matters most: making your child’s dreams come true!
They’ll handle music, supplies, timing, and event logistics while staying available to you throughout the celebration.
🎤 Live Singing
Our performers are working NYC actors who train not only to bring their characters to life, but to sing like them, too!
Each character has a signature song, but we love taking requests. If your child has a favorite song, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it part of their magical experience.
📖 Interactive Storytime
Every character has a story to tell! Our performers bring a storybook featuring their character and turn reading time into an interactive adventure.
Children are encouraged to participate, ask questions, act out moments from the story, and interact directly with their favorite character.
💃 Dance Games
It’s time to get moving! Our performers come prepared with engaging games and activities designed for kids of all personalities and energy levels.
Favorites include Freeze Dance, learning the Princess Waltz, and Pass the Mickey — a magical twist on hot potato and a dance party!
🎨 Tattoos & Face Painting
For our longer party packages, guests can choose from basic face painting, temporary tattoos, or character-inspired makeovers.
These activities also create opportunities for extra one-on-one time between each child and their character — perfect for little ones who may need a quieter moment to warm up.
👑 The Coronation
Our favorite moment of every party!
Gather around as our performer officially celebrates the birthday child in a magical coronation ceremony.
For princess parties, the birthday child receives a royal tiara. For hero parties, they receive a Medal of Honor. And for K-Pop parties, they receive their very own Golden Microphone.
It’s a moment they’ll remember long after the party is over!

No two parties — or children — are exactly alike, and we believe the magic should adapt to them. Our performers are trained to read the room and respond to the children’s energy throughout the party.
The order and length of each activity may shift depending on what the kids are enjoying most.
If they’re full of energy, we’ll dance!
If they’re feeling shy, we’ll slow down and get to know them.
If they’re ready for a quieter moment, we’ll sing or tell a story!
If an activity isn’t capturing their attention, we won’t force it. We’ll keep the celebration moving and find the next thing that makes them light up.
