Refund & Cancellation Policy​

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and performer.

Cancellations

• If you cancel 7 or more days before the event, you will receive a refund of any remaining balance (excluding the deposit).

• If you cancel less than 7 days before your event, no refund will be issued.

• In the rare event that Big Apple Magic Company must cancel, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit, or the option to reschedule.

 

Rescheduling​

We understand life happens! You may reschedule your event (subject to performer availability) at no additional charge if you contact us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date.
