By booking a service with Big Apple Magic Company, you agree to the following terms:

1. Supervision: A responsible adult must be present at all times during performances and appearances. Our performers are not responsible for supervising children.

2. Safety: We reserve the right to end a performance early if conditions become unsafe, inappropriate, or hostile.

​

3. Liability: Big Apple Magic Company and its performers are not responsible for injuries, damages, or loss of property during or after the event.

​

4. Performer Substitution: In the unlikely event of illness or emergency, we reserve the right to provide a suitable replacement performer or reschedule your event.

​

5. Photography: By attending an event, you grant permission for photos or videos to be taken for marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to your event.

​

6. Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the event.
